Our Retreat and Adventure Team

Kira Seiffert

I am a PNW born and bred girl. I love it here! You’ll find me doing just about anything OUTSIDE. I am incredibly grateful to have found such joy as a healer, a yogi, and most importantly, as a MOM!! I have two amazing teenage boys that remind me what it’s all about every single day.

Welcome to the adventure! It has been a long-time dream, an idea- a deep desire to share so many of my passions that has created Wild Mountain Connection. I have been able to hand-pick a team of truly phenomenal humans. Together, we curate unique, custom experiences in the outdoors- interweaving our love for adventure, good food, yoga, bodywork and healing. We want to encourage people to get outside- to explore and get curious, to find peace and deep, healing connection with Mother Nature. We offer it all with open arms, lots of LOVE and every bit of support you might want or need. Come connect with us!

Jamie Monte

Yoga has influenced Jamie’s life for over two decades and she has been teaching since 2010. Her classes are filled with lighthearted energy and creative sequences, coupled with breath awareness.  Jamie encourages curiosity and playfulness to discover and nurture connections within the physical and energetic bodies. She weaves Ayurvedic principles, pranayama, mantra, mudra, and Vedic stories through the movement practice to create a rich experience.

The intention of her yin yoga classes is to explore mindfulness and support the nervous system in quiet, passive poses. When you practice yin yoga, you create more harmony within your physical and energetic bodies increasing your overall well-being. Her’s is a practice of devotion and you also will be challenged to practice with intention and devotion to your heart, your body, and your energy.

Hannah Vernon

Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm a mom, adventurer, and a chef. I like to think of myself as an adventure chef. I moved this past year from Hawai'i with my family where I spent nearly ten years exploring the islands, kite surfing, teaching yoga, and of course, cooking. In 2016, I started a farm to table meal delivery and event catering business on Oahu. While my business is changing and I am finding a new name, the heart of why I started is the same. I am a nurturer, and I come by it honestly after generations of women in my family. I want food to be an experience. I choose nourishing, flavorful ingredients that comfort and make you feel like you are home. I always strive to inspire others to eat sustainably, creatively, to know any ingredient can be delicious and sustain you on any adventure. Food can hold so much love, which is one reason I find it so very special.

Dani Scott

Dani provides a space to invite students to turn their attention inward, reconnect with their breath, and experience this generous present moment.

Dani finds great joy being a mother. She loves diving deeper into meditation, pranayama, and connects with nature everyday. She is honored to have the opportunity to share the tremendous benefits of this self-reliant healing path of yoga and play along the way.

Yoga was revealed to Dani when she was a teenager. Her first 200hr YTT was in 2016 and now Dani teaches Yoga on the Inside after her second YTT in 2021 with her teachers, Kristin Bosteels and Eddie Modestini. This undiluted practice of yoga has been passed down by some of her greatest guides like HS Arun, Manouso Manos, BKS Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar, and Prashant Iyengar.

Natalie Wells

Natalie's natural caregiver qualities have only grown over the last 15 years in the spa industry as a LMT and Esthetician. She specializes in curating a relaxing experience through soothing, rhythmic Swedish techniques while mixing in deep tissue and treatment massage, creating the optimum environment for the body to heal itself.

Outside of the spa Natalie enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and two children. Her passion for health and wellbeing is exercised through cooking nutritious foods, weight training, and yoga. Natalie believes health is beauty and strives to live a beautiful life.

Daniela Curto

Daniela is a mother, singer/songwriter, athlete, and lover of all things wellness. She practices vascular ultrasound at the University of Washington Medical Center and has experience as a massage therapist, group fitness trainer and teacher. Her adventurous and spirited energy brings people together and deepens a sense of community and self love. She enjoys capturing moments and the beauty in others with photography.

Her lifelong passion for movement, music, creativity, travel, good food and positive human connection have led her towards wellness events and retreats.

Laurin Hammond

Laurin is a lover of the outdoors and if she isn't adventuring outside, she is constantly daydreaming of it. She is a born and raised local PNW dog-mom who loves sleeping outside and riding her bike(s).

Professionally, Laurin is a K - 12th grade math and health/fitness teacher. Her thoughtful, encouraging leadership and ability to connect inspires her students to build  their confidence in the classroom and she brings this same skillset to the Wild Mountain Connection Retreat Team. She strives to be an inclusive guide to all learning abilities and levels. Laurin has a contagious joy and enthusiasm for learning, being active and present in nature (along with a contagious laugh;)). Her passion for supporting people to be outside is seen through her patience and radiating excitement.

Laurin's hope is for each of our clients to leave our retreats feeling stronger and with an (even bigger) smile on their face.
